Please read our Terms of Service carefully before booking. These terms apply to all reservations, payments, cancellations, and guest responsibilities at our Guest House.

1. Room Booking Policy

You can book rooms through our official website , phone, or trusted third-party platforms. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date for a smooth check-in process.

2. Check-in & Check-out Time

• Check-in: from 14:00 WIB
• Check-out: until 12:00 WIB
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

3. Payment & Pricing

• All prices include tax unless otherwise stated.
• Payments can be made using available secure methods.
• Reservations are confirmed once full payment or deposit is received.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel at least 3 days before check-in for a full refund.
• Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
• Special terms may apply during peak seasons or promotions.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain order, follow house rules, and will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

6. Hotel Responsibilities

We strive to provide the best service during your stay. However, the hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited with management.

8. Sharia Compliance Policy

Our Guest House follows Islamic Sharia principles. Couples of opposite gender must present a valid marriage certificate to stay together. Alcohol, drugs, and activities against Sharia are strictly prohibited.
